This role is well suited for individuals with a medical assistant or patient care background who is comfortable reading and interpreting lab values and other diagnostic tests, and communicating with medical providers at all levels. In this role you will coordinate the placement of organs from deceased donors via the national organ allocation system; and assist in the machine perfusion of deceased donor kidneys.
Compensation range for this position is $30.29-33.65 / hour plus applicable night shift differential.
Coordinates the evaluation, authorization, medical management, surgical recovery and distribution of organs for transplantation or research from deceased organ donors; works with other departments and hospital or transplant teams to facilitate the recovery of organs and tissues for transplantation or research.
Compensation range for this position is $45.19/hour to $49.04/hour depending on experience. This positions is also eligible for night shift differential.

Summary
Works collaboratively establishing, maintaining, and building partnerships with key community stakeholders within the Gift of Hope donor service area to include educational, religious, civic and social organizations to increase organ and tissue donation.
Compensation range for this position is $61,000 - $69,000 annually

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Laboratory and staff; oversees the administrative and technical functions of the Laboratory; ensures quality control of Laboratory equipment and procedures. This position requires Certified Histocompatibility Technologist certification with HLA lab experience. Ability to obtain the Certified Histocompatability Specialist certification within 2 years is also required.
Compensation range for this position is $109,901.00-$123,639.00
