Our Clinical Laboratory Scientists are responsible for performing laboratory testing, quality control procedures, and maintenance of equipment and work area.
This is a second shift position, with flexibility needed to meet departmental requirements.
Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with organ, tissue, and donor-in-spirit donor families following donation, including providing resources, updates and connection opportunities, along with identifying and remedying post-donation issues, cultivating readiness to share their stories and fortifying lifelong relationship with Gift of Hope.
Coordinates the evaluation, authorization, medical management, surgical recovery and distribution of organs for transplantation or research from deceased organ donors; works with other departments and hospital or transplant teams to facilitate the recovery of organs and tissues for transplantation or research.
Compensation range for this position is $44.20/hour to $49.72/hour depending on experience. This positions is also eligible for night shift differential.

Summary
Maintain and support the quality programs of the organization. Provide quality monitoring, through audits and data review, to verify compliance to regulatory standards and best practice. Analyze, determine, facilitate, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to achieve optimization of organizational processes and systems.
Compensation for this position is $69,000-$77,688 annually
