Summary Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with organ, tissue, and donor-in-spirit donor families following donation, including providing resources, updates and connection opportunities, along with identifying and remedying post-donation issues, cultivating readiness to share their stories and fortifying lifelong relationship with Gift of Hope.

Summary Responsible for evaluating hospital referrals for organ/tissue donation potential, and maintaining referrals being followed; participates in Patient Care Conferences; approaches families for donation authorization as needed; supports families during donation process; develops and maintains effective relationships with key hospital staff to educate and maintain the option for organ and tissue donation. This role involves extensive driving throught our donation service area.
