Summary Provide clinical surgical services training for designated Organ Operations staff; provide and coordinate orientation training for new staff including Surgical Recovery Coordinators, Organ Recovery Coordinators, and Perfusion Coordinators; provide and coordinate ongoing education activities from internal and external sources for assigned staff. Ensure compliance with UNOS and CMS staff training requirements.   Compensation Range for this position:  $83,000 - $93,500 annually

Coordinates the evaluation, authorization, medical management, surgical recovery and distribution of organs for transplantation or research from deceased organ donors; works with other departments and hospital or transplant teams to facilitate the recovery of organs and tissues for transplantation or research.   Compensation range for this position is $45.19/hour to $49.04/hour depending on experience.  This positions is also eligible for night shift differential.
