Summary
Responsible for performing laboratory testing, quality control procedures, and maintenance of equipment and work area. At Gift of Hope, our mission is to save and enhance the lives of as many people as possible through organ and tissue donation. Therefore, we operate 24/7 365 days a year. This position is night shift with an option to work four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week. Our team also shares weekend rotation about every 3rd weekend, as well as holiday coverage.
Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing solutions within Gift of Hope’s Infor ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) environment. Lead the implementation of new and enhanced features and in resolving support tickets related to Gift of Hope’s ERP applications. Manage the requests from various business departments and leverage the resources from external consultants when necessary to address the business requests.
This position develops and maintains effective relationships with key hospital leadership staff in assigned territory to implement hospital programs and policies that promote organ and tissue donation; conducts on-site assessment and evaluation of potential organ donors and follows referrals in an assigned region in Lake County, IN.

Summary
Responsible for evaluating hospital referrals for organ/tissue donation potential, and maintaining referrals being followed; participates in Patient Care Conferences; approaches families for donation authorization as needed; supports families during donation process; develops and maintains effective relationships with key hospital staff to educate and maintain the option for organ and tissue donation. This role involves extensive driving throught our donation service area.
