Summary
Provide clinical surgical services training for designated Organ Operations staff; provide and coordinate orientation training for new staff including Surgical Recovery Coordinators, Organ Recovery Coordinators, and Perfusion Coordinators; provide and coordinate ongoing education activities from internal and external sources for assigned staff. Ensure compliance with UNOS and CMS staff training requirements.
Compensation Range for this position: $83,000 - $93,500 annually
