Serves as a member of the Executive Team; responsible for system-wide leadership and supervision of the fundamental programs of Organ and Tissue Operations, Donor Resource Center, Inventory Control, Facilities Management, Organizational Authorization and Laboratory services ; participates in the planning and direction of all aspects of operational policies and initiatives, contributes to the development and implementation of key strategies and activities of the organizational Strategic Plan; shares in the responsibility for the attainment of short- and long-term organizational goals
