Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donor Network started the Illinois Transplant Fund driven by our belief that a person’s financial status should not be a barrier to their ability to receive a lifesaving organ transplant. The Illinois Transplant fund is a 501C3 that provides access to organ transplants for those who lack access to health insurance.
Our Development Coordinator serves as an integral part of achieving our mission: To give people access to lifesaving organ transplants and follow-up care to help them live long, healthy and productive lives.
In this role, you would work with the Executive Director to develop and track progress of fundraising goals, create and execute formal fundraising programs focusing on major gifts, annual giving and special events, cultivate relationships with prospects and directly solicit funds.
